How to request deletion of your PalBet account and data
At PalBet, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.
Important Notice
Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all your wagers, groups, and transaction history.

When you request data deletion, the following information will be permanently removed:
Data Retention Notice
Some information may be retained for legal and regulatory compliance purposes, including transaction records for accounting and tax purposes, as required by Nigerian law. This data is kept securely and is not accessible or used for any other purpose.
If you're not sure about permanently deleting your account, you can temporarily deactivate it instead. This allows you to:
To deactivate your account, log in to PalBet and go to Settings → Account → Deactivate Account.
If you signed up using Facebook, you can also manage your data through Facebook:
Note: Removing PalBet from Facebook will disconnect your account but will not delete your PalBet data. You must still submit a deletion request via email to permanently delete your data.
